Faith is pleased to offer your child the opportunity to extend their education outside of the classroom by using their God-given abilities in athletics.  Through sports, students are able to learn about teamwork, cooperation, leadership, self-sacrifice, fair play, and good sportsmanship.  Throughout the year, there are a variety of sports for students to participate in including volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track.

The forms below must be completed and received by the school office for the student to participate in a sport. Forms may be emailed to school@faithbaycity.org or delivered in person to the school office.
